Shipping 
CURRENTLY there are (3) types of shipping options: flat fee shipping (under $59), free shipping (over $59), and a pick up option.  The pick up option, it is only when available, and YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF pick up locations AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.  All shipping is standard/ economy shipping, unless an expedited shipping is requested ahead of time at an additional fee.  SHEEPDOG 101™ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER AND/ OR CHANGE ANY PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS, SUCH AS THE FREE SHIPPING.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item must be in BRAND NEW and UNUSED condition, with tags, seals, and/ or inserts included with the item upon return.  oNCE YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN INSPECTED, AND ACCEPTED AS DECRIBED ABOVE, YOU CAN EXPECT A FULL REFUND WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.  sHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY REFUNDS, OR SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNING ANY ITEMS.

Returns are not accepted on any clearance, discontinued or items on sale.
